In a hive, everything revolves around the Queen Bee. So too, in business, the owner is the Queen and the hive functions in service to her (your) vision and her goals. Further, the Queen Bee has two main tasks: to create or generate more “product” or customers, and to maintain colony cohesion and unity. And yet, when the Queen Bee dies, a new Queen is created from the larva of a worker bee!
